- Evaluate and recommend technologies that support business growth and efficiency.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of all systems and data.
- Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and address their technology needs.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues promptly
- Implement measures to minimize system downtime and improve overall system performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience, with prior exposure to the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry considered an added advantage.
- Familiarity with travel systems, cloud-based platforms (e.g., PowerSuite Cloud), and ticketing solutions is an advantage.
- Proven experience in IT support, MIS, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
