We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to effectively co-ordinate and load lines as per the production plan and administer the sewing in process & manage the human resource to facilitate the production of garments in order to ensure required quality standards and timely delivery.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare daily and weekly plans, monitor and analyze efficiency levels of assigned modules whilst, addressing any issues that prevail thereby, achieving set targets.
  • To follow up closely on all production-related aspects ensuring the timely completion of same as per the shipment plan.
  • To monitor the consumption of accessories, prepare relevant reports to ensure all balances are shipped on me whilst, facilitating the reconciliation process.
  • To monitor work-in-progress levels and follow-up on operator progress of assigned modules whilst, providing guidance when required thereby, adhering to management requirements.
  • To ensure decisions made by the superior(s) are communicated to the relevant modules and transferred into the process in an effective manner.
  • To handle all administrative activities for the assigned modules.
  • To adhere to 5s standards and lead MOS initiatives within the team.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in production / manufacturing operations within the apparel industry.
