Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive - RMA Co-Ordinator

Position Count: 1

Location: Guindy, Chennai.

Experience: 3 years to 5 years

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:
1. Update inventory records to reflect returned products, ensuring that returned items are either restocked or marked for further action (repair, disposal, etc.).
2. Work closely with customer service, technical support, and warehouse teams to facilitate timely processing of RMAs.
3. 
Identify trends or recurring issues with products being returned and collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., product development, quality assurance) to address the root cause.
4. Ensure all RMA processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
5. Generate reports on return rates, reasons for returns, and any potential issues affecting product quality.
Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with RMA procedures and warranty policies.
2. 
Proven experience in an RMA or customer service role (2-3 years).
3. 
Experience in technical support or working with electronics, hardware, or software products.
4. 
Knowledge of product quality assurance and inventory management systems.
