Perform HR backend operations across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, employee data, performance, learning). Manage client deliverables, liaise with onsite teams and local HRBPs, collate data for reporting, and use advanced Excel and Microsoft Office tools to support Hire-to-Retire processes for US operations.

- Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Outlook
- Should be expert in Excel or should have advance excel knowledge
- Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem Solving skills

- Daily communications with onsite team

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any degree

- Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred.
