Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts and permissions within the Dynamics 365 CRM system;
- Provide second-level support for CRM-related IT requests;
- Maintain master data (customers, materials, CRM sales activities, etc.) in alignment with process requirements for all corporate entities;
- Assist in data analysis and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with responsible departments;
- Develop and maintain CRM training documentation and guides to support end-users;
- Contribute to special projects, such as the development of new CRM features;
- Collaborate with SAP consulting and development teams to ensure seamless system integration and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification;
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills; German welcome but not mandatory;
- Proficiency in resolving challenges, deriving meaningful conclusions from data analysis, generating improvement strategies, and implementing them effectively;
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform would be an advantage;
- User knowledge in the field of SAP (SD, BW) would be an advantage;
- Quick adoption of new technological platforms and software;
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
