Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated CAE Engineer with strong expertise in pre-/post-processing, simulation tools, and fatigue analysis. The role involves working on suspension system components and delivering high-quality virtual validation results to support product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre- and post-processing of simulation models using ANSA and Meta Post.
- Execute structural simulations in Abaqus, including both linear and non-linear static analyses.
- Conduct fatigue simulations and durability assessments, preferably using nCode.
- Collaborate with design and product engineering teams to provide simulation insights.
- Interpret and document simulation results, highlighting critical design considerations.
- Ensure timely delivery of simulation reports aligned with project milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in ANSA and Meta Post for model preparation and results evaluation.
- Hands-on experience in Abaqus for structural simulation.
- Exposure to linear and non-linear static analysis techniques.
- Product knowledge and their behavior under different load cases.
- Good understanding of fatigue fundamentals and prior experience with fatigue simulation tools (preferably nCode).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret engineering results for design recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant CAE experience in automotive or related industries.
- Familiarity with other durability, dynamics, or optimization tools will be an added advantage.
