Responsible for coordination of projects, tracking orders and follow up on details of the project from start to finish.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, must have experience working in the construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and Outlook) and database systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, proven organizational, critical thinking and administrative skills
- Keen attention to detail and strong time-management.
Preferred:
- Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, PlanGrid
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Distribution & tracking of submittals and change orders with approved timelines.
- Set up project platforms (Plangrid, Smartsheet) and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Create close out documents for assigned projects as well as schedule and coordinate start-ups and Owner trainings.
- Report to internal team- OCIP, CCIP and Public Works document compliance with sub-contractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
