- Deliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accounts
- Develop and manage relationships with Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal/tendering → negotiation → contract closure → execution follow-up → collections.
- Draft techno-commercial proposals for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects.
- Work closely with the operations team for project execution and payment recovery.
- Establish strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners in key states to drive scale.
- Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs.
- Strong communicator with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of B2G and defense procurement processes (DAP, GeM, State Disaster Procurement).
- Ability to engage with senior officers/bureaucrats.
- Consultative and solution-oriented mindset; strong relationship builder.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
- Experience: 8–15 years in B2G/B2B technical sales.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electronics) or related field.
- Proven track record in Defense/MHA/Police/Disaster Management sales.
- Added advantage: Prior work with EyeROV’s existing clients
