What this job involves:

We're seeking a Food Program Manager to oversee all F&B operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing sales and revenue through employee satisfaction and engagement. Working within our Integrated Facility Management business line, you will manage food and beverage operations to the highest standards while leading teams through vendor partnerships. This role directly contributes to JLL's mission of creating transformative solutions for the real estate industry by ensuring superior F&B service delivery that enhances workplace experiences and drives employee satisfaction across our client portfolio.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage F&B operations to the highest standards, leading teams by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel with vendors
  • Ensure HSEQ standards are met while managing day-to-day operations within established guidelines and safety regulations
  • Attend food committee meetings and resolve issues promptly while designing menus and driving continuous improvements
  • Identify employee needs and respond proactively to concerns while establishing targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures
  • Foster a motivated, teamwork-oriented environment through two-way communication and regular performance management
  • Conduct regular audits of F&B stores and kitchens (in-house and central kitchens) to ensure compliance standards
  • Coordinate vendor and cafeteria management operations while delivering superior F&B service to maximize employee satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in F&B operations management with demonstrated leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office suite with ability to manage operational data and reporting requirements
  • Ability to drive employee satisfaction and engagement through proactive service delivery
  • Familiarity with HSEQ standards, health and safety regulations, and FSSAI guidelines
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating multi-site operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to respond efficiently to employee complaints and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience in corporate F&B management or hospitality operations
  • Background in facility management or integrated service delivery models
  • Experience with menu design, cost management, and revenue optimization
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in commercial food service operations
  • Ability to conduct operational audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
