We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Façade BIM Designer/Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate shall possess strong background in facade design, BIM modeling and documentation with a proven ability to integrate the façade BIM between stages and across disciplines. This role demands technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary Global teams.

• Design and detailing of various façade elements involving different materialities and systems to meet the complex facade demands of the project.
• Develop the 3D façade BIM models in detail from system drawings and collaborate in all stages of the project with other disciplines interfacing with façade such as Architectural, MEP, Structural and Landscaping, etc.
• Ensure accurate placement and sizing of façade components and required façade zones and work with the relevant disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Develop all level of detail and information from LOD 100 to LOD 350.
• Implement quality assurance in BIM models for accuracy, buildability, and adherence to Architectural intent and geometry.
• Implement a BIM Execution Plan as required for any project.

• Report to Project Lead to support all project stages, including design development and documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation throughout various project phases.
• Provide proactive problem-solving and demonstrate initiative to address design challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in detailing, modeling, clash detection and documenting facade projects with advance to expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and similar modeling tools. Coding or plugins experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in parametric design and façade rationalization is a plus.
• Experience in collaborative design with team members across different disciplines from Conceptual, Schematic, Detailed design to IFC.
• Must have implemented successfully a BIM Execution Plan for medium-to-large projects.
• UAE and international experience are essential.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, and materials, and understanding of relevant codes and standards.
