Lead/Senior engineer
• Understands Revit to allow leadership and direction for the designs team.• Assuring that construction and documentation are complete, accurate and in accordance with good engineering practices.• Develop/Review concept designs, research equipment selections, infrastructure utility designs for air and water systems.• Knowledge and experience with calculations, equipment selection, ductwork distribution system, water system designs, boiler plants, chilled water plants, and construction documents• Will attend field walk throughs, meet with internal customers and vendors as necessary.• Verification and comment on all vendor design elements into a project.• Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects, mechanical, electrical etc.• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by Manager.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.• 10+ years' experience and designing Mechanical/HVAC systems in high performance facilities.• Proficient in computer use and software's including, but not limited to; AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Navisworks. • Interact directly with directors, managers and customers, so professionalism is necessary.• Background in engineering chilled water, hot water, steam, air handling, plumbing and process piping as well as the components of distribution• Ability to use good judgement and make decisions with authority.

Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Experience in execution of large-scale, multi-year capital projects
- Professional Engineering license helpful.
- Demonstrated success developing direct reports through effective leadership and the setting of realistic but challenging goals
- Experience with construction and renovation projects within the aerospace and defense industry requiring adherence to specific ICDs and DoD construction standards
- Proficiency with construction design software solutions such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu
