Job Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing EMEA marketing initiatives that drive regional business growth. You will be part of the EMEA marketing team, working closely with sales, pre-sales, practices, and partners like Atlassian. You will ensure alignment with local business priorities in order to foster sales growth and innovation ultimately delivering impactful and measurable results.
Things you’ll be working on:
· Collaborate with regional sales teams to design and implement targeted marketing initiatives and tactics that drive demand and generate high-quality leads;
· Work closely with internal marketing team members and external partners to execute the EMEA marketing initiatives and campaigns;
· Plan and execute lead generation initiatives, including events, webinars, email campaigns, and ABM programs;
· Develop and localize customer-facing marketing content and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and improve customer experience;
· Leverage digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, and email marketing, to increase brand awareness and strengthen Valiantys’ presence in the EMEA region;
· Track, measure, and report on KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize future campaigns;
· Collaborate with local Atlassian partner managers and marketing teams to coordinate joint marketing efforts;
· Manage marketing budgets for regional campaigns to maximize ROI;
· Optimize regional marketing strategies by leveraging insights from market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback;
· Support and develop the marketing interns by providing smart targets and resources to ensure efficient contribution to regional goals.

Do you have what it takes to be a Field Marketing Manager?
You have around 7 years experience in B2B marketing management in the tech and / or consulting industries (IT services, technology, or professional services) with a proven track record in leading multiple high-impact projects. You are a digital native and marketing automation has no secrets for you.
But you also have:
- A great interest in analytics tools and IT Topics
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A strong sales-oriented approach
- Working knowledge of marketing/sales automation, social media and digital analytics platforms (like Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, GoogleAnalytics, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach), content management systems (like WordPress), webinar platforms and Microsoft Office.
And you also are:
- Native in English or Fluent (C1 minimum)
- If you speak French or German, it would be the cherry on the cake!

Location:
This role is fully remote and business travel is required. Our location preference is the UK, but candidates located in the Netherlands will be fully considered.
