The role in a nutshell:
As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for processing the reimbursement for expenses incurred on the organization's behalf and support the Finance Manager with preparing and analyzing various reports required by other areas of the Organization. Key requirements are strong attention to detail, especially for purposes of ensuring accurate reporting and presentation and formatting of reports in a professional manner; the ability to successfully manage multiple reporting requests in a deadline-driven environment; advanced analytic skills and the ability to translate data to business contexts.
How you will make a difference:
- Processing Monthly Payroll invoice and sending of invoices to the clients.
- Booking FX trades on Ebury platform.
- Ensuring the invoices are processed correctly and Fees and charges are charged as per the Master service agreement.
- Journal Posting into SUN system.
- Ensuring invoices are processed as per the schedule.
- Work closely with Global Operation teams to ensure all invoices have been received for processing, if anything pending to be processed need to chase OPS team.
- Respond to any queries raised by clients.
- Assist with assessing any PPS for new clients.
- Prioritizing any urgent tasks needing completing.
What will give you an advantage:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Masters in Commerce/MBA in Finance an additional benefit
- 1-4 years of full time working experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-directed individual with initiative
- Analytical
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Professional accountancy qualification a benefit but not essential
- Highly numerate and literate and high level of communication skills
- Microsoft Excel to a high level and Word are essential
- Highly organized
- Can operate in a structured and organized way
