Join the Corporate Finance & Treasury & Chief Investment Office (TCIO) Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) AI/ML Governance & Oversight team, where you'll help manage the rollout and adoption of AI/ML across Corporate Finance & T/CIO. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and integrate with the firm's AI/ML risk management framework.
As a Finance Chief Data Office - AI Governance & Oversight Vice President within the Corporate Finance & Treasury & Chief Investment Office (TCIO) Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) AI/ML Governance & Oversight team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the integration of AI into production environments, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly. Additionally, you will ensure that each project follows the Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) AI/ML Lifecycle, with agreed upon roles and responsibilities across technology teams and business units.

Job Responsibilities:
- Independently own and execute project workstreams within the Corp Finance & Treasury/CIO Chief Data and Analytics Office from inception to completion.
- Lead working groups, problem-solving, and brainstorming sessions to prepare analysis for leadership decision-making.
- Establish strong relationships with Corp Finance & T/CIO business and technology stakeholders and key AI/ML-related functions firmwide, building a deep network and understanding of the AI/ML landscape.
- Develop innovative solutions to support the transformation into an AI and data-driven culture while informing the firmwide AI/ML strategy.
- Support the agenda of firmwide AI/ML senior governance bodies, driving critical topics for AI/ML adoption.
- Participate in Firmwide AI/ML Governance & Oversight initiatives including forums and working groups to drive implementation of the Firmwide Policy, Standard and Guidelines
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 7+ years experience in consulting, business management, analytics, or program management in a complex environment.
- Strategic mindset with deep intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap with milestone deliveries and status reporting.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
- Managing multiple priorities and thriving in a varied, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels.
- Attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgment.
- Anticipates and resolves issues with urgency.
- Superior command of PowerPoint and Excel.
