The Finance Executive will manage daily financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, and ensuring statutory compliance with a focus on accuracy and detail.
We're looking for the Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The role requires accuracy, accountability, and strong attention to detail in maintaining financial records and ensuring timely reporting.

- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and financial data for management review.
- Manage client invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up for timely collections.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Perform client and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Record and maintain accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, fund flow management, and expense monitoring.
- Support audit processes by providing accurate and timely documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients for finance-related queries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of GST filing, TDS, AP & AR, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience in MIS reporting and client billing preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
