About the Role:
As a finance intern you will report directly to the Senior Financial Analyst/Manager and support our Corp FP&A functions. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing finance team and make an immediate impact. After engaging in a fun and useful onboarding process, you will meet your manager who will guide you through various finance related tasks and projects throughout your internship. You will also be introduced and play a part in the FP&A team’s monthly forecasting and reporting processes,
helping drive decision making within CrowdStrike leadership. If you welcome a high-growth, fast-paced international environment, we're excited to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Support SaaS revenue and bookings forecasting, churn and contraction analysis and ARR growth projections
Conduct monthly forecast vs. actuals reporting across bookings and revenue; flag key drivers of variance and provide commentary
Automate recurring reporting and forecasting processes using Excel & Google Sheets
Support preparation of internal presentations with insights into our key forecast metrics, assumptions and trends
Work with systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Adaptive Planning
What You'll Need:
Pursuing a bachelor degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
Exemplary excel and data analysis skillset
Intellectually curious with a can-do attitude
Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for work product
Detail orientated while being able to multi-task
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic multinational environment
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with ability to communicate findings in a precise manner
Great communication both verbal and written
Basic understanding and application of SaaS metrics
Bonus Points:
Willingness to accept challenging projects outside areas of experience
