How will you do it?

Support Global Costing teams with Costing Analysis and reporting.

 

  • Prepare, Roll out, and train plant teams for annual standard cost-roll templates.
  • Prepare, monitor & report on annual standard cost roll calendar and progress. 
  • Review Labor & Overhead and Material templates for accuracy and generate insight for each PBUs.
  • Lead approval meetings for rates for standard costs and report out.
  • Monitor ERP updates for standard cost by each plants.
  • Prepare and report out a summary of standard cost’s change impacts to financials.
  • Load material templates to BI and reconcile BI to final templates
  • Prepare templates to monitor Plan Restate and confirm absorption accuracy.
  • Prepare and report out Inventory revaluation impact post standard cost roll
  • Monitor quarterly cap variance calculations and forecasts
  • Standardization of Cost roll-up in ERP with mechanism to track requests through Workflow.
  • Work on creating efficiencies on big data management and simplify standard cost roll-up processes.
  • Consolidate material templates and data for Global costing on Workiva tool and generate actionable insights.
  • Build relationship with Global Finance and procurement / Operation teams to enable smooth controlling and costing processes and be valued business partner
  • Analyze Costing processes across Plants and strive for costing benchmark process.

 

Support Supply Chain Team for Inventory reporting and CI Reporting

 

  • Prepare and report out for inventory reporting and weekly /monthly review process.
  • Track and report out CI plan and actuals for Transformation Team.
  • Load and report out CI actuals and monthly forecast in WAVE tool.
  • Analyze and provide comments on M-o-M CI changes and provide insight on major project driving changes.
  • Track accuracy and alignment of CI Actuals reported in CI Trac tool vs WAVE tool and vs OneStream ( which is financial reporting tool)
  • Work closely with Controllers / CI managers for CI project quality
  • Validate CI Actuals through set quality criteria’s and highlight all major deviations in quality validations
  • Support and complete all the adhoc requests and projects assigned

 

Support GP HQ team on Gross Margin Analysis Reporting and GP consolidation.

 

  • Update and roll forward GMAR PBU templates monthly/quarterly.
  • Prepare GP level consolidated GMAR and add variance analysis and comments explaining each variances.
  • Review to finalize  and present GP Consolidated GMAR explaining variance analysis comments.
  • Act and do follow up as required post review for GMAR.
  • Facilitate and submit quarterly approved GP consolidated GMAR to corporate.
  • Prepare and circulate QBR templates for PBU for QBR deck submissions.
  • Strive to improve, standardize and gain efficiencies in each process sustainably.

What we look for?

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from a recognized university/ICWA
  • 10-12 years minimum broad financial business experience and cost accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in project leadership and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and reporting tools like OneStream.
  • Excellent IT skills particularly in Excel ( preferably advance excel), PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
