Job Summary
Your Impact:
- Responsible for implementing and administering incentive plans and commission payouts.
- Responsible for calculating incentive commissions for all sales employee with focus on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans.
- Provide commission-related reports to various stakeholders.
- Assist with internal process improvement initiatives.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies
The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales compensation, at least 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with a software-based commission tool.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
