Processes financial and retirement-plan administration activities, including loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, Form 5500, valuation imports, and reconciliations. Reviews processes, maintains productivity and quality targets, identifies issues, escalates problems, and supports team training, strategy, and progress monitoring. Requires accurate high-volume processing, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel knowledge, adaptability, and flexibility for day or night shifts.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Responsible for performing various processes like loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, valuation imports based on the admin/client support team requirement.
- Should be responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goal.
- Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within specified parameters of the client/admin/support team.
- Delivering the set expectations in terms of key business metrics like “productivity, volume count and quality”.
- Functions include – only processing the above-mentioned processes.
- Apart from processing, the team member should be able to “Review Process”.
- Ability to accurately process high volume within the specified time frame.
- Identify the issues/problems related to processes if any and cascade to the respective team lead.
Education and experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background
- Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach
Skill Requirement:
- Should have communication skills, Problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly
- Flexibility in work culture (She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
- Good Knowledge in Reconciliation concepts
