The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be a key member of the finance team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Finance. This role requires a proactive and analytical individual with a strong financial background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. The ideal candidate will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes to support the company's growth and strategic initiatives.

- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather input for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strategic Financial Modeling
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate the financial impact of proposed strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
- Management Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
- Provide actionable insights to support business decisions and drive performance improvements.
- Variance Analysis
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand and explain budget variances.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Build strong relationships with department heads to enhance financial awareness and foster a culture of financial responsibility.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience of at least six (6) years in financial planning and analysis roles.
