- 4-7 years’ experience in financial operations, FP&A, audit, investment banking, or business/strategy, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills for building financial models; strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to work independently with a strong "figure it out" mentality.
- Exposure to fast-paced tech/SaaS environments and experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau) or ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g. Adaptive Insights), SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, churn), and building accessible reports or dashboards for non-finance teams.
- Own preparation of dashboards, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including executive and board-level materials
- Own portions of recurring financial processes including headcount reconciliation process, departmental budget reviews for G&A expenses, variance analysis, reporting packages
- Support the on-going maintenance of the company’s 4 quarter rolling forecast
- Help maintain and improve existing FP&A models — from revenue to expenses to headcount.
- Partner with senior team members and finance leads to gather assumptions, validate data, and refine planning inputs.
- Support the commission calculation and payment process under the guidance of a senior team member.
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis and special projects to support decision-making across the business.
- Build dashboards for Tulip’s teams in a data visualization tool (Sigma, Looker etc). Empower our team with data, help monitor performance, uphold accountability, and communicate business trends to key stakeholders.
