We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our team. You will be on the front lines of informing company strategy through financial analysis and responsible for building up scalable processes to match company growth. This role reports to the Director, FP&A.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and long-range strategic planning
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytical processes, leveraging financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and financial alignment across the organization
- Prepare and present monthly variance analysis, trend analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls
- 2-4+ years of experience; ideally in investment banking, private equity or a startup finance function
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills; proficiency with planning tools a plus
- Ability to think in frameworks to understand and break down complex, abstract problems
- Exceptional organizational skill, attention to detail, and a high bar for operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks to ensure company success

The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $117,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
