The FQA Officer monitors and reports on campaign completion, manages data requests, coordinates with stakeholders, and handles market enquiries and campaign applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• AMIEO Campaign Completion Monitoring & Reporting
• Data requests and preparation to support Quarterly Campaign Provision Re-assessment
• Data requests and preparation to support Annual Campaign Stock review
• Management of annual Campaign Closures activity, including data request, analysis and communication
• Management of market enquiry on campaign topic via Campaign Mailbox and liaison with FQA subject matter expert
• Management of campaign application on Grey Import vehicles, including tracking, communication and liaison with responsible regional TCS team.
• Tracking and reporting of AMIEO Recurrence Prevention activity
• Management of IMEI request and co-ordination with relevant internal stakeholder
Ideal Background and Experience:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Self-motivated, with ability to effectively progress and monitor status on multiple open tasks
• Proficient with MS Office - Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for daily task management, data analysis and report preparation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally / cross-regionally with stakeholders at different levels in the business
• A good team player who challenges current processes to find improvement/efficiency
