We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity – commission based. You can either work from home or from our office at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
We are in search of ambitious individuals that are interested in recruiting, candidate search, Head-hunting.
Candidate must have prior recruitment experience, preferably in Banking and technology, but other recruitment experiences are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
- Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.

Requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Banking and technology recruitment experience preferred.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.
- Fluency in English.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google work space.

Proficient in electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills; ability to seek new sourcing options proactively and continually and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer

- You source candidates and submit them for respective requirements using your secure login
- No data entry, only resume upload and online tracker using a form to be filled out for candidates going for Interviews.
- Mintskill reviews submissions & passes to employers for further review
- You can send candidates to the Client Interview of qualified and shortlisted candidates. An interview calendar is provided on a dashboard.
- Mintskill informs selection, and associates track the candidate till Joining.
- Upon joining, enter the information in Billing.
- Mintskill sends an invoice, and the employer awards a payout to Mintskill
- Mintskill passes 50% of the payout to you upon collection.
