What will you do?
- Develop user-facing features using Vue.js and Freemarker Web Components.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to technical challenges.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Vue.js and experience with Freemarker Web Components.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Parcel.
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Vuex for Vue.js.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Previous experience with eCommerce platforms or checkout processes is a plus.
