Job Summary
Synechron is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features, optimize system performance, and ensure robust security. The successful candidate will significantly contribute to the organization’s digital initiatives by building responsive and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with modern technology standards.
Software Requirements
Required:
Extensive experience in Node.js (minimum 5 years), including building APIs and service-oriented architectures
Proficiency in React.js (minimum 3 years) with expertise in TypeScript, Hooks, Redux, and component-based development
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+), with hands-on experience in CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Material UI)
Familiarity with front-end build tools such as npm, yarn, Webpack, and Babel
Experience implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment and environment management
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying scalable applications
Version control experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or similar)
Preferred:
Experience with GraphQL APIs and data management solutions
Knowledge of serverless frameworks and microservices deployment
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress
Overall Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality full-stack applications using Node.js for backend services and React.js for front-end interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to gather requirements and develop new features.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices for performance, security, and quality assurance.
Optimize application performance, including improving load times and runtime efficiency across devices.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, deployment, and environment management.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently while supporting ongoing system improvements.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and optimize solutions.

Programming Languages:

Preferred: Additional frameworks or languages such as Angular, Vue.js, or Python for automation
Databases/Data Management:
Experience with REST APIs, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Cloud Technologies:
Cloud deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like Lambda, S3, EC2, or Cloud Run
Frameworks and Libraries:
React.js, Redux, React Hooks, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Express.js, GraphQL (preferred)
Development Tools & Methodologies:

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience, with at least 3 years in Node.js and React.js within enterprise environments
Proven experience delivering scalable, high-performance web applications
Strong experience with REST API design and implementation
Familiarity with cloud deployment, containerization, and orchestration environments
Experience in agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices
Industry experience in finance, retail, or enterprise solutions is a plus
Day-to-Day Activities
Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features supporting enterprise business goals
Collaborate with designers and backend teams to ensure seamless user experiences and data flow
Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and implement security enhancements
Troubleshoot production issues, gather metrics, and perform system tuning
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-up meetings
Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, design decisions, and deployment procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js in production environments
Proven ability to develop scalable and secure web applications
Relevant certifications in cloud computing, JavaScript frameworks, or DevOps are advantageous
