About Gravity

Right now, AI agents can automate your entire workflow, run your operations, write your code, and analyze your data better than most humans. And yet, almost nobody is using them.

Why? Because to use one, you basically need to become one. Pick a platform. Learn the framework. Build the agent. Test it. Debug it. Maintain it. Pay thousands. Wait weeks. And it still breaks.

95% of companies haven't adopted AI agents. Not because they don't want to. Because it's absurdly, unnecessarily hard.

That ends with us.

Gravity gives you AI agents in 60 seconds. You don't build anything. You don't configure anything. You don't even need to know what an AI agent is. You just type what you want done, and it gets done. That's it. That's the entire product.

Close your sales pipeline. Fix your inbox backlog and internal ops. Automate LinkedIn outreach, AEO, and competitor intel end to end. Scrape, sort, and summarize 10,000 signals. Doesn't matter. One prompt. Executed.

We're not making AI slightly easier. We're making it disappear. The complexity, the jargon, the setup, gone. What's left is pure outcome. A world where AI doesn't just assist. It executes.

We're early. We're bootstrapped. We're small. And we're building one of the most ambitious AI products on the planet. If that sounds like the kind of chaos you thrive in, come build the future with us.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving system reliability.

  • Contribute to improving development workflows, documentation, and engineering standards.

  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security practices.

Database
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL.

  • Experience writing complex queries, joins, indexing, and schema design.

  • Familiarity with ORMs such as Prisma, Sequelize, or SQLAlchemy.

Cloud & DevOps
  • Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda.

  • Understanding of deployment pipelines, environment configuration, and monitoring.

  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

  • Exposure to microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.

  • Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, PyTest, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Git workflows and collaborative development practices.

  • Understanding of application performance optimization and security best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in full stack development.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
