Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical developer for the team, interact with onshore architect, technical leads and business analyst and explains requirements to team members
• Participate in solutioning and development of existing and new features
• Drive technical quality and delivery for a scrum team
• Good hands-on on API Development leveraging Open API standards
  Understanding of functional area and feature
• Works on complex user stories
• Proactive for looking at span of ownership and adjacent areas with a start-up mind set, demonstrates thought leadership and looks for value creation opportunities like process optimization, improvement in user experience, reduction in engineering costs, reduction in infra costs, reduction in cycle times, reduction in tech debt etc

Required Qualifications:

• B.E/B.TECH/MCA 3+ years of experience on full stack Java and Angular based development
• Good hands-on experience on Springboot applications with high configurability
• Experience on Cloud computing technologies
• Solid knowledge on Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of who are end users, who is customer, understanding of end-user pain points
• Basic understanding of AI and AI enabled development
• Proven solid object oriented programming skills
• Proven solid analytical skills and experience on proof of concept development
• Proven good on design and application architecture principles and should have good handle on GoF design patterns
• Proven good Team player, change/innovation agents and self-starter on different techs
• Proven ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented
