- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and standards.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth through knowledge sharing.
- Frontend: React.js, Redux, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs
- Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred)
- Testing: Jest, Mocha, Cypress
- Others: TypeScript, GraphQL, WebSockets (nice to have)
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Proven track record of building and deploying enterprise-grade web applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Write clean, modular, and scalable code with proper documentation.
- Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in full stack development or cloud technologies are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
