A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Your role will also include continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in system development. - Experience with agile methodologies and practices. - Familiarity with backend programming languages and frameworks. - Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
