About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with 6–10 years of expertise in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing robust testing frameworks, driving automation, and leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate testing, improve coverage, and deliver world-class user experiences.
What You Will Do in This Role
Advanced Problem-Solving – Apply strong analytical skills, data structures, and algorithmic thinking to design resilient test strategies for complex systems.
Test Architecture & Strategy – Lead the creation of scalable QA frameworks, automation pipelines, and testing best practices across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
API & Microservices Testing – Design and execute tests for secure, scalable APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth system integrations.
System Integration Validation – Validate end-to-end workflows across heterogeneous systems and third-party services.
Performance & Scalability Testing – Ensure applications meet high-performance benchmarks under load, stress, and concurrency scenarios.
UX & Functional Assurance – Partner with UX/UI and product teams to validate accessibility, usability, and cross-platform consistency.
Automation & Code Quality – Develop and maintain robust automated test suites (unit, integration, functional, regression, and E2E).
Debugging & Issue Resolution – Investigate defects, provide root cause analysis, and work with engineering teams for quick resolution.
Productivity & AI Tools – Introduce AI-driven approaches to improve test efficiency, coverage, and predictive defect detection.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
Primary Skills:
Strong expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, NUnit, JUnit, or TestNG).
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as TypeScript, Python, or C#.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native testing practices.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into DevOps workflows.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner).
Secondary Skills:
AI-Driven QA – Skilled at leveraging AI-powered tools for automation, test case generation, debugging, and anomaly detection, including:
Test Generation & Assistance: CodiumAI, Testim.io, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot
Exploratory & Visual Testing: Applitools, Percy
Data-Driven Testing: OpenAI API, LangChain for dynamic test datasets
DevOps Automation: AIOps tools for CI/CD quality gates, monitoring, and failure prediction
Familiarity with containerization & monitoring tools (Docker, Splunk, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, AWS, TeamCity).
Exposure to shift-left testing practices and QA in agile/DevOps environments.
