Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications to guide development efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend technologies including Spring Boot and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB. - Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git, to manage code changes effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
