Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture. - Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience in cloud computing services and deployment strategies.
