Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Health Insurance Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Payer Eligibility & Enrollment, Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile development frameworks. - Proficiency in programming languages relevant to full stack development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance Operations. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
