Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful services and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
