Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
