The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for web applications, ensuring the quality and performance of both front-end and back-end components. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, Jira, and testing in Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, AI, and SAP is essential.

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of test plans and test cases for web applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for front-end and back-end components.
  • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using Jira.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.
  • Utilize tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and Postman for automated testing.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment.
  • Work within Agile teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development process.
  • Conduct testing for Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, AI, and SAP systems.
  • Exposure to Java and Python is a plus.


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on full stack applications.
  • Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with testing front-end technologies such as AngularJS.
  • Experience with testing back-end technologies such as C# and .NET.
  • Proficiency in testing databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
  • Basic experience with Python for scripting and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Java and Python is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
  • Experience in testing Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, AI, and SAP systems is essential.
