About the role
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions for our partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business operations.
What You Will Do in This Role

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.

Develop efficient and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components of applications.

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, and provide timely support for production systems.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and mentor junior developers as needed.

Experience with GitHub. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Strong time management, project management, organizational and team collaboration skills
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

Engineering graduate or postgraduate in computer science, with 3+ years of experience in Web development

Experience in building web APIs
-
Strong Understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS & Front end Development principles

Experience in Front-end frameworks using- Angular /React/Vue
-
Proficiency in RDBMS like MySQL & NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Proficiency in NodeJS

Experience in optimizing web page load times

Experience in Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine.

Knowledge in unit testing, code review, and CI/CD tools using Jenkins or Team City

Experience with Version control systems preferably Git.

Preferred experience in End to End testing frameworks such as Cypress & Selenium

Familiarity with the agile software development.

Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment.
