Gainsight Administrator (NXT)

Role Goal: Build and maintain the technical infrastructure of the Gainsight platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Build: Configure the Rules Engine, Data Designer, and Horizon Analytics.
• Integrations: Manage data connectors (Oracle, Google Big Query) and ensure 100% data sync accuracy.
• UI/UX Design: Optimize C360/R360 layouts to provide the ATS team with a streamlined "one-pane-of-glass" view.
• Maintenance: Manage the monthly NXT release cycle and perform regular system hygiene (auditing old rules/reports).

Key Qualifications

• Certification: Gainsight Certified Administrator (Level 1 or 2).
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant Experience in Gainsight
• Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Gainsight NXT architecture and Salesforce CRM.
• Logic & Data: Strong understanding of relational databases and Boolean logic (If/Then statements).
• Problem Solving: Expertise in troubleshooting complex data transformations and failed rule executions.
