GEN AI LEAD/ARCHITECT

We are excited to welcome an innovative Gen AI Lead to our team, who will drive the creation and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will go beyond basic chatbots and lead the development of intelligent, autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution. As our Gen AI Lead, you will act as a crucial link between our technical teams and business objectives, utilizing your exceptional problem-solving skills to transform abstract ideas into scalable, real-world AI applications. Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI solutions using the GCP ecosystem, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
• Lead the development of autonomous AI agents with tool usage, workflow orchestration, and decision-making capabilities.
• Tackle complex business challenges by inventing novel AI patterns and solutions, even when standard approaches are unavailable.
• Guide the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and seamless transition from prototyping to production.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide hands-on problem-solving expertise and lead a team of 4-5 members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and GCP technologies, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Google Cloud services, particularly Vertex AI, Gemini API, Cloud Runs, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery, with a comprehensive understanding of GCP infrastructure services.
• Proven expertise in multi-agent systems, function calling, reasoning loops (ReAct), and memory management in LLMs, demonstrating a deep understanding of Agentic AI.
• Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with Gen AI frameworks, enabling efficient development and implementation.
• Ability to design microservices and event-driven architectures that seamlessly integrate AI workloads, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a builder mindset, and the skill to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in AI and software development, with a proven track record of leading successful AI projects.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards shared goals.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling the identification of efficient and innovative solutions.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
