What will help you succeed
• Support account planning by conducting research, crafting compelling value stories, and executing effective outreach strategies
• Generate new business opportunities by setting up high-value meetings with key decision-makers
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts in Germany and Austria through proactive outbound prospecting
• Build pipeline by qualifying inbound leads from events, downloads, free trials, and webinars
• Leverage best-in-class tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, and more
• Gather sales intelligence on customer needs, pain points, and decision processes
• Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and high-quality prospect data
• Learn how Dynatrace's platform delivers real value to customers - and how to clearly communicate that
• Conduct discovery calls and short product demos to spark interest and open doors

• Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Strong interest in consultative, tech-driven sales
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to tailor your sales approach
