JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

 

  • Lead Long Term Capacity Plan (LTCP) Cycles for the global Deodorants network focused on the 4 main applicators – Aerosols / Rollon / Sticks / Lotion; 

  • Global connection with the BG, all the BUs and 1UL countries – Strategic and Innovation Planning / Procurement / Engineering / R&D; 

  • Drive capacity increase plans and LTCP actions with relevant teams; 

  • Network strategy review; 

  • Digitisation agenda for LTCP; 

  • Manage global volume allocation in cases of capacity constraints; 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

 

Experiences & Qualifications 

 

  • Planning role experience (Supply or Demand or Strategic or Innovation); 

  • English proficiency; 

  • Basic understanding of finance
