As an Associate in the Securities Services Operations Finance Management team, you will manage financials and headcount within Funds Services operations. You will collaborate closely with the Funds Services Operations Finance team and leadership to ensure expense goals are met. Your role will provide you with the opportunity to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to a high-performance team. Together, we will implement controls and best practices to improve profitability and streamline business processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and monthly business reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the month-end close process and coordinate expense accruals.
- Prepare financial variance analysis and walk forwards by key business themes.
- Track headcount in detail, including productivity and location strategy reporting.
- Manage product allocation models and examine incoming allocations.
- Implement controls and best practices for efficient financial reporting.
- Review expenses to identify potential cost reductions.
- Contribute to a high-performance team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-financial audience.
- Strong presence and comfort in interacting with all levels of management.
