Global Snacking Senior Digital Technologies PMO

Job Description:

This role has been created to lead the Project Management Office within Mars Snacking to be the Global Snacking Senior DT PMO. This role will (100% of time) focus upon supporting the Snacking ERP Programs; will be also accountable for leading Snacking PMO team and Snacking PMO deliverables, providing strategic direction, mentorship and support to drive project success, and driving coordination with other division and segment PMOs and TMO from multiple parallel projects touching ERP.

• Minimum of a BS/BA. MBA/MS is a plus.

• 10+ years in a PMO/Transformation role within a large, multinational organization.

• Experience with ERP systems/transformations/integrations is required. SAP experience is preferred.

• CPG experience is preferred.

• Previous people management experience is a plus.

• Manage the day-to-day execution of the ERP Transformation Programs, including overseeing the PMO team and driving program decisions.

• Maintain an integrated view of all Snacking program workstreams, across initiatives to ensure alignment and coherence with Enterprise, Food, Pet Care and Corporate.

• Own the quality and deliverables of the PMO pillar, providing visibility and addressing/anticipating needs of the Program.

• Drive the orchestration of key program activities, including preparing for materials for the Snacking Digital Core LT, Program Sponsor Updates, Program Board meetings, and facilitating weekly Snacking workstreams and PMO meetings.

• Engage with wider Snacking stakeholders, including divisions, as needed to ensure alignment and support for the transformation program.

• Highlight and resolve PMO issues to ensure the smooth progress of the program.

• Prepare key decisions and recommendations for the Snacking business lead and executive team to inform strategic direction and decision-making.

• Be accountable for the quality of internal deliverables, including Integrated plans, especially in light of potential new programs in the BAU and Edge system roadmaps affecting ERP, also provide governance procedures and frameworks, project management tooling & methods, onboarding process and materials, and other PMO deliverables.

• Support Snacking stakeholders to resolve key risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure effective communications, including feedback and escalations routes, are established between Snacking workstreams and Enterprise workstreams to drive the alignment and resolution for key risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Work in a matrixed organization and ability to manage multiple stakeholders requirements within Snacking.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
