Key Responsibilities- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang and Node.js.
- Spec-Driven Development: Leverage SDD / Spec Kit practices to define, validate, and implement API contracts and service specifications before development begins.
- Microservices Architecture: Build and optimize distributed microservices with a focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment strategies for seamless delivery.
- Performance Optimization: Profile, benchmark, and optimize services for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and frontend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, services, and system architecture.
