Manage and optimize Google visibility through SEO and SEA strategies to generate qualified job applications and client leads, while collaborating with various teams.
You’ll take ownership of our organic and paid visibility across Google – from planning and setup to daily optimization.

SEA (Google Ads)
- Plan and run SEA strategies focused on lead generation (recruiting & new clients)
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max depending on the project)
- Handle keyword research, competitor checks, and ongoing bid & budget optimization
- Work closely with content and design on landing pages and conversion paths
SEO (Onpage / Content)
- Build and roll out SEO roadmaps for clients in the tax advisory space
- Improve structure and content: information architecture, internal linking,onpage optimization
- Create keyword clusters, define search intent, and brief content that actually ranks
- Keep an eye on the numbers that matter: rankings, visibility, traffic, leads
GEO (Local SEO)
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles
- Build local visibility through location pages, directories, and local signals
- Develop regional GEO strategies so firms show up where it really counts
Reporting & teamwork
- Regularly report on key KPIs – with clear recommendations, not just numbers
- Create performance reports and decide what to stop, start, or scale
- Work closely with sales, web, and content teams
- Align with and report to the Social Media Team Lead
Requirements
What you should bring
- Experience in online marketing, mainly SEA and SEO (local SEO is a plus)
- Confidence working with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEO tools
- A good feel for numbers – and what to do with them
- A structured, self-driven way of working
