Job Description
We are looking for talented Graphic designers to join our Ramboll India team.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets for e-learning courses and other visual assignments, ensuring alignment with instructional and aesthetic standards. This role requires a strong background in graphic design, with an added advantage for candidates familiar with e-learning tools and formats. You will collaborate with the E-learning Specialist and Project Manager to create cohesive and visually engaging content, including custom graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts that enhance the learner’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Asset Creation: Design and develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts to support e-learning content and enhance course engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics and visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and project-specific style requirements, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across courses.
- Collaboration with E-learning Team: Work closely with the E-learning Specialist to understand instructional requirements and integrate visuals effectively, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
- Multimedia Integration: Assist with integrating multimedia elements (e.g., images, animations) into e-learning authoring tools where needed, supporting the technical aspects of visual content creation.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively engage in review cycles to gather feedback from the E-learning Specialist, Project Manager, making necessary adjustments to designs.
- Quality Assurance: Review and optimize graphics for clarity, accessibility, and user experience across multiple devices and screen sizes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with some exposure to e-learning or digital education projects.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.
- E-learning Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) or LMS platforms is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss and present design concepts effectively to team members and clients.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all visual assets.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including e-learning specialists and project managers, to deliver cohesive, high-quality projects.
- Time Management and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt designs in response to project requirements or feedback.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with basic multimedia integration and an interest in learning new tools and technologies to support e-learning design.
