- Design and create engaging web and print materials for talent acquisition campaigns, including display and social ads, candidate experience materials, email templates, event collateral, and landing pages
- Collaborate with TA leaders, recruiters, and other Team Members to develop visually compelling materials that effectively communicate our employer brand
- Work independently from briefs to quickly provide solid design executions that WOW
- Use expert-level knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Photoshop and Illustrator. Animation skills are a plus but not necessary
- Incorporate solid digital ad design experience to enhance our online presence and engagement with future Chewy employees
What you'll need:

- 5+ years designing for an agency or brand, preferably with experience in employer branding or talent acquisition marketing
- Close attention to detail and a great eye for design and typography
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with internal teams and customers
- Ability to internalize and apply Chewy's style guide standards consistently
- Enthusiasm, efficiency, and an outlook dedicated to excellence, skilled at thriving in a dynamic setting
- Ability to respond fluidly to leadership and customer requests, troubleshooting and pivoting as needed with positivity
