Genius Agency AI is on the lookout for a skilled and creative Graphics Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing stunning visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience across various platforms. As a vital part of our creative team, you'll collaborate with marketers, content creators, and other designers to produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and client projects.
Key Responsibilities- Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for a variety of media, including websites, social media, and print materials.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials by adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to brainstorm and execute design projects that meet client needs and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
RequirementsRequirements
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
