As our new Graphic Designer, you will be part of our journey to professionalize and strengthen our brand and design delivery to the global Ramboll organization. You will join the Design Delivery Centre in Chennai, India, a team with a strong passion for brand and design, understanding the power of storytelling through visual communication that engages our clients, potential employees and society.
The Design Delivery Centre is part of the Corporate Branding team in the Headquarters based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you get the opportunity to shape our global brand. You will also be providing graphic design delivery services to the global Ramboll organisation, collaborating and working closely with colleagues across the world. Here you will develop various branded assets and templates that support our brand experience and storytelling that heroes our colleagues' bright ideas for sustainable change.
Role Overview
The role requires the person to perform a wide variety of skilled graphic design functions to effectively communicate the brand and maintaining a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization of design, layout and illustration.
The person will work closely with the corporate communication and branding team in Denmark to design company collaterals that will involve developing marketing materials for print and web including brochures, whitepapers, campaign assets, capability statements, adverts, event & tradeshow support materials, print and online advertising formats, roll-up banners, online banners, direct mailers, Social Media posts, etc.,.
QualificationsGraduate/Post Graduate
Experience
- 5+ years of working experience in a reputed organization, design house/ad agency or in corporate communications design team.
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop for photo editing, Illustrator, Acrobat and Figma.
- Experience in working with brand guidelines and templates in a larger corporate organization
- Experience with organizing training programs
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
Key Skills – Must Have
- Experience in working with and developing brand guidelines and brand templates in a larger corporate organization is a must and a strong passion for branding and Design.
- Sound knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop for photo editing, Illustrator, Acrobat and Figma.
- A strong portfolio of graphic design layouts and illustrations
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Good knowledge of layout, colour scheme, Infographics and typography
- Proven ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in order to understand and brainstorm requirements with team members.
- Proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly and utilizing the same in a productive manner.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- A good knowledge of digital design and Print designs a must.
- Should be open to feedback and willing to make changes to her/his design
- Ability to be able to articulate and explain the rationale behind the design and work
